Aperol Spritz is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Italy. It consists of only just 3 ingredients; prosecco, Aperol and soda water. Add all with ice and mix, an orange slice is optional. Easy to make & refreshing!

Aperol Spritz has been a hugely popular drink in Italy, and in Singapore its definitely a drink that would be loved, considering it is a summer drink in Italy, and it's always summertime in Singapore.

Ingredients:
1-2 oz Aperol
2 oz Prosecco
Splash of Soda water

Instructions:
Poured over ice Standard

Garnish:
Orange Slice
