Diesel 190 Proof which is famous for its formidable kick is one of the popular brands of neutral grain spirits. It is produced by fermenting and distilling grain. Fermented grains are allowed to reach a high ethanol content and then distilled, producing a colorless and very potent liquid called neutral grain spirits, with reference to its clear color.

Neutral grain spirit also known as pure grain alcohol or grain neutral spirit; is a clear, colorless, flammable liquid that is distilled from grain and has very high ethanol content. Neutral grain spirit does not have any flavors derived from the mash used to distill it and no flavors are added to it after distillation. They are used in the production of blended whisky, cut brandy, some liqueurs and bitters.

Double distilled at 95% alcohol content, Diesel 190 Proof is extremely potent and should not be drunk straight but integrated with drinks in a small amount. Diesel 190 Proof is often mixed with other beverages to create drinks such as punch and various cocktails or to produce homemade liqueurs.
